We feel the pull to get together, to gather women together, to create meaningful connections and building community. A perfect way to kick off 2024!

Come and join us for this beautiful meet and greet, morning of mindful connection. 

A drop in, drop out style morning, filled with a host of activities to fill our hearts. We don’t want to just be connected through social media, we want to be connected in community

Schedule for the day
7am - 7.45am      Yoga with Cait ~ ($10 to secure your spot)
7am - 7.45am      Pregnancy Meditation with Kat ~ ($10 to secure your spot)
8am - 9.00am      Earth Altar creation as a group and casual mingling
9am - 9.30am      Cacao Ceremony (Please bring your fav cup and a small donation) -Herbal tea also available
10am - 10.30am   Group Connection Activity & time to chat, meet and mingle
11am - 11.30am    Meditation with Kat
11am - 11.50am    Free mini Human Design readings with Cait 10min each, slots booked on arrival

This will be very fluid day, meaning if you want to participate in what is being guided you can, if you want to chill on the couch, pull tarot cards, chat with people please do. Come for one activity or come for them all, its up to you. If you have a baby and want to pop in, please do. If you have a child that you think would love to participate, bring them, you know your children and if this feels appropriate for you (bear in mind, the earth altar will have small parts - gumnuts, crystals, shells, flowers)

When booking you will notice there is a price for the very 1st activity of the day (yoga and meditation), this is to secure spots and also contribute towards our venue hire, if participating in the Cacao Ceremony a small donation would be appreciated on the day to cover our costs, the rest of the day is FREE and we hope this makes it accessible for everyone, we want to meet you all.
