This event will be the second of our monthly Practice Network sessions.

These sessions will be a place for:
- conversation and connection
- workshops and skill shares
- skills refreshers and practice sessions
- further training

In this event, we plan to focus on compassion fatigue - caring for ourselves while caring for others. Compassion fatigue is the high-cost of caring, and it's important we learn to recognise the signs, and work on strategies to keep us safe while we keep the people we care for safe. This session will support us in the lead up to a busy and sometimes challenging time of year for people we know and love.
