As part of our ongoing commitment to growth and excellence, St Stephen’s School has begun developing our next Strategic Plan, a guiding document that will set the direction and priorities for our School until 2029.

The Strategic Plan provides both a strategic and operational roadmap, incorporating a shared vision for how we will inspire learning whilst nurturing our students to become confident, compassionate, and capable contributors to their world. The objectives outlined in the Strategic Plan will shape the experiences of every student and family in our community, from how we teach and care for students, to the spaces we create for learning and connection. 

We are now entering the community consultation period - a time to listen, share and discuss together the future of education more broadly and the future of St Stephen’s School. Your perspective as parents and guardians is vital and we warmly invite you to take part in one of our upcoming in-person consultation events
