Community Conversations is a FREE 1.5-hour yarn about planning for your future health and care in a way that reflects your choices, wishes and values. This is a safe and respectful yarn, led by Palliative Care NSW and Carers NSW, with a health workers from your local community.

Making sure your wishes, values, culture, and choices are respected if you become unwell and cannot speak for yourself.
