Join a FREE Community Conversation led by Palliative Care NSW in partnership Western Sydney Local Health District.
Community Conversations is a 1.5-hour education session that brings together palliative care experts and community members for open, thoughtful discussions on topics around end-of-life planning.
Topics covered:
Navigate end-of-life matters
Initiate a conversation with loved ones on what matters most to you
Explore the local support services available to you and your loved ones
Learn how to start your advance care plan
Understand what palliative care is and how to access it
Where: Castle Hill Senior Citizen's Club - 2 McMullen Ave, Castle Hill NSW 2154

Time: 1:00pm - 2:30pm
Who: Everyone of all ages is welcome! Active retirees, if you have ageing parents and you need to start thinking about the supports available for them, if you have a serious illness or are currently caring for someone with a serious illness or if you just want to be better informed to support your community.
