Join us for a practical discussion on how to approach end-of-life planning—whether it's for your aging parents, a loved one facing illness, or preparing to ensure your family's future is secure.
Palliative Care NSW has partnered with the Men's Table to deliver a FREE Community Conversation: Navigating End-of-Life Planning Together.
Community Conversations is a learning session that brings together palliative care experts and local community members to have open, thoughtful discussions on topics around end-of-life planning. You’ll gain the knowledge to:
Navigate end-of-life matters
Understand what palliative care is and how to access
Initiate a conversation with loved ones about what matters most to you
Explore the local support services available to you and your loved one
Learn how to start your advance care plan

Who: All men, their families, loved ones and friends. If you have aging parents and need to start thinking about what supports are available, if you have a serious illness or are currently caring for someone with a serious illness or if you want to be better prepared to support your family and loved ones.
