Community funding- developing a strategic fundraising plan

This workshop views fundraising through a sustainability lens. It encourages participants to take a step back and look at the bigger fundraising picture to build a strong and viable organisation. By the end of the session participants will have created a draft fundraising strategy for their organisation. 

Topics include:

• How successful organisations manage their fundraising
• The secrets of professional fundraisers
• Sources of funding
• Communicating with funders
• Partnership approaches

Tea and light lunch provided.
