Overview
This workshop provides a practical introduction to how community housing operates in Victoria and how renters experience the housing system. Participants will gain a broad understanding of community housing organisations, the renter journey, key legislation and regulatory bodies, rent models, and the roles that contribute to successful housing outcomes. Designed as a sector orientation, the workshop helps learners build context, understand how the system works together, and develop a stronger foundation for their role within community housing.
