Your questions on Community Housing in Aotearoa New Zealand

Join the Parry Field Lawyers team for an interactive webinar shaped around your questions about Community Housing.

The provision of non-government community and social housing has played a part of Aotearoa’s housing landscape for a long time. However, the important role of what are now formally known as “Community Housing Providers” (“CHPs”) is a relatively recent development.

We want to hear from you. What would you like to understand better? What practical, legal or governance questions do you have?

Areas we may discuss include:

What community housing is and how it fits within New Zealand’s wider housing system
Who regulates community housing
What being a Community Housing Provider involves
The legal, governance and practical issues CHPs may need to consider

You can share your question when registering, or join the discussion on the day.
