Community listening event - stretched services, loneliness and social isolation

The Hunter Community Alliance brings together diverse community groups, unions and religious organisations to advance the common good and achieve fair, just and sustainable Hunter region. We do this by providing opportunities for people to have a say in decisions that affect them, their families and neighbourhoods across the Hunter. We are a non-party political organisation. 

At this event we will meet each other over light refreshments at tables, listen & share our stories about key pressures impacting our families communities relating to stretched services and loneliness& social isolation.  

What we hear will inform Hunter Community Alliance policy asks that we take to local elected representatives and decision makers, to win better outcomes for the common good of Hunter people.
