Community Market Day - June
Event description
Calling all stallholders, be a part of the June Community Market Day!
Stalls to be open 10:00am-2:00pm
Vendor to supply everything required for their stall (tables, chairs etc.) which will be set up outdoors. Gazebos to be set up on grass in courtyard and weighted, not pegged. Stalls without gazebos will be located around the verandahs. No gazebos are permitted on verandahs.
Limited tables available for hire in emergency situation for a fee.
No trash & treasure stalls please. All food or drink for sale MUST be approved prior to the event by Ravensthorpe CRC.

Market Stall Terms and Conditions
- Stall holders must hold their own insurance and participate at their own risk.
- It is the responsibility of the stallholder to ensure they comply with any necessary health and safety legislation.
- All equipment brought onto the site is the sole responsibility of the stallholder.
- Bays will be allocated by the event organisers.
- No gazebos permitted on verandahs.
- No pegs permitted, gazebos must be weighted.
- All stalls to be set up by 9:45am and must not be dismantled until 2pm. The venue will not be secure after the market and all stalls must be fully removed on the night.
- No food or drink for sale unless prior approval is granted from Ravensthorpe CRC.
- There is limited access to mains electricity - please advise any needs at time of application.
- All stall holders must ensure their bay is free from litter and that all rubbish is removed and/or disposed of into approved bins.
