Begin your Sunday morning with a heart-centred community meditation circle, nestled in the serene beauty of the Williamstown botanical gardens.

Together, we’ll awaken to divine bliss, grounding ourselves in nature’s gentle embrace. In this sacred space, stillness becomes our guide, fostering presence, calm, and connection as we greet the day with open hearts.

This free gathering offers a harmonious start to your week, surrounded by kindred spirits and the tender whispers of the earth.

Bring a mat or cushion, and join us in welcoming the morning with quiet unity and grace.

Energy: The meditation session will be fully guided, offering gentle support for beginners seeking to cultivate a regular practice, while also creating a serene space for seasoned meditators to bask in uplifting vibes.

When: 9.30am every Sunday morning (excepting the 3rd weekend in January which will run on the Saturday). Limited edition Summer series.

Duration: 30 minutes - afterwards, feel free to bring your morning tea/coffee and stay a bit for chats and/or a lay in the sun.

Where: Under the tree pictured above, Williamstown Botanical Gardens.

Directions: Park near the entrance of Osborne & Giffard St - upon entry through the gates, take the path to the right of the fork. From there, it's your first left.
