Event description

This free 7-week program will provide evidence-based psychoeducation for common challenges including low mood, anxiety and stress.

The format is “guided self-help”, where information, tools, and strategies will be presented and you’ll have some time to consider how to apply them to your own life.

This is not group therapy, and you will not be required to share information with other attendees.

Audience participation will be welcomed, however, this is voluntary and the presenter will not randomly call on people who do not have their hand raised.

Upon registration, you’ll be provided with a link to download and print the manual.

Who is this for?  The target audience is adults. Adolescents aged 16+ years are welcome.

Dates:  Wednesdays for 7 weeks, commencing 22/2/23 (ends 5/4/23)

Time:  5.30 – 7.30 pm

Presenter: Marie Britt, clinical psychologist.

Registration
:

Each attendee needs to be individually registered.  Numbers are capped to fit the classroom.  If the maximum is reached, please add your name to the waitlist as we may be able to organise a larger room at Lambton High School.
