Community of Leadership in Practice (CLiP)
Event description
CLiP is like a community of practice and accountability group, it's designed to support your endeavours in a peer learning environment. If you're learning about new ways to lead and want to make sure you put them into practice, this is for you.
It's a way to join others for mutual support and accountability of our leadership journeys. This means that if you have a particular leadership skill you want to improve or a goal you're working on from the Lead Well program or any other leadership development initiative, this is where we can help each other. If you're developing your empathetic listening or setting professional boundaries, or want to share a victory, bring it along.
This is for people who have goals or want to develop them so they can improve their leadership skills or their impact in making a difference. Tathra facilitates the CLiP events, which are highly collaborative and peer-driven. Participants include alumni of the LeadWell program and workshops facilitated by Tathra, and she welcomes others who are part of different programs or on an independent path to improve their leadership.
