Refund policy

NAZARETH - HUMANITIX EVENT REFUND PROCEDURE We understand that plans change, and sometimes you may need to cancel your attendance at our community events. To ensure fairness and clarity for all attendees, we have established the following refund procedure for tickets obtained / purchased via Humanitix: 1. If the event is cancelled for any reason, we will provide a full refund of the ticket price. For cancelled events, you do not need to apply for a refund as we will automatically attempt to process a refund back via the original payment method used to purchase the ticket. Refunds will be processed no later than 30 days of the event cancellation. 2. If the event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically carry over to the new date. However, if you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you must apply for a refund 72 hours prior to the event. If you do not request a refund by that date, you will have agreed to the reschedule and will not be entitled to claim a refund. 3. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, all liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased (including any fees or charges unless otherwise notified at time of purchase). 4. If you are unable to attend the event due to any of the reasons below, you may be eligible for a refund (up to the full purchase amount, including any fees or charges unless otherwise notified at the time of purchase). • Pre-existing Medical Condition / Pregnancy Complication • Jury service • Court summons • Armed Forces & Emergency Services Recall We may consider other emergency circumstances at our discretion. All refund requests made due to these reasons must be submitted in writing at least 12 hours before the event. 5. Nazareth does not offer refunds or exchanges as a result of a change in your personal circumstances or due to external factors such as, for example, adverse weather. We do not refund if you made your booking by mistake, or it is no longer wanted or needed. 6. If you are unable to attend the event for any reason other than those listed above, we are unable to provide a refund. However, you may be able to transfer your ticket to another individual, with prior approval from the event organiser. Transfer of tickets must be completed at least 12 hours before the event.   GENERAL CONDITIONS OF REFUND • Any reason for refund must not have been reasonably foreseeable at the time of booking. • You must make all arrangements to arrive in time to attend the event. • Proof of purchase may be required for any refund or exchange. • When a request is approved, we will automatically attempt to process a refund back via the original payment method used to purchase the ticket. Otherwise, you may be asked to provide your bank account details so that we can make the refund payment via EFT. • The maximum refund value per person will not exceed the total value of their share of the booking. • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the event cancellation, or within 30 days of the written refund request. By purchasing a Humanitix ticket to Nazareth events, you agree to these refund procedures. Thank you for your understanding and support, and we look forward to seeing you at our next event!
