Ecstatic Dancing is a ritual practice, a dance meditation, designed specifically to allow for a greater sense of unity to emerge. Together with the help of the Heart Medicine Plant, Cacao, will we being the journey into ourselves, to become aware of our feelings, our breath, our inner landscapes of how present we can become, moving with the power of sound. This sound & movement journey will be merged with interactive activities, to fully embrace the importance of how we combine within our community, to allow for authentic bonding experiences to be felt deep within & bringing forth a greater sense of connection.

At the end of our Dance ritual, we will be invited to Dinner, to fully ground in our experience & to celebrate all our achievements. It will also give us a chance to connect deeper with our Dance community.

We have 3 intoxicating rules which are designed to help awaken our intentions of Authentic connection
1. NO talking on the Dance floor
2. NO drugs and alcohol, this is an entirely authentic experience to discover new aspects of self.
3. NO shoes on the Dance floor, we want the juicy vibrations to combine within all of us, to really feel connected to the earth and it's occupants.
