IRCF Victoria: Community Roadmapping Workshop
Foundation for Rural & Regional Renewal (FRRR) invites not-for-profit organisations and community groups based in Colac to the first Community Roadmapping Workshop as part of the Investing in Rural Community Futures (IRCF) program.
Information Session Details:
- Date: Wednesday 14 May 2025
- Time: 9-1pm with opportunity for lunch and networking until 1:30pm.

What is the Workshop about?
Over the next five years, IRCF Victoria and the Colac Community will work together to strengthen Colac's NFP sector, so it can work collectively to more effectively advocate on shared issues, contribute to a thriving community and achieve long-term impact across agreed priority areas.
The workshop will cover topics such as:
- Guiding values – how do we agree to be with one another throughout IRCF?
- What do we have in common?
- Asset mapping – what exists in our community?
- What are our community priorities?
- Refining what goes on the road map
