You are invited to join Abby and the Community Sadhana as she hosts 3 weeks this Fall: Aug 28-Sept 4, Oct 5-9 and Oct 26-30. Sign up for all the 3 weeks and save, or drop in as you are able.

Starting the day with a consistent commitment, is called a Sadhana. The capacity to show for yourself is no small feat. Join us online and see that you are not alone in your endeavors.

An ever evolving team of skillful teachers support the morning Community Sadhana to provide the foundation of a dedicated morning practice 6:30 - 7 am weekdays

Abby's all levels yoga class weaves inspirations from Hatha and Kundalini styles and other movement practices to support a practice of devotion to begin your day. The combined benefits of movement, strength, mediation and breath will land you into your day with more presence.

Gathering via the online format allows us to come together as a community yet no need to even change out of your pajamas! Set up your home yoga studio with a mat, blanket, and a couple of blocks. Don't like sitting on the ground? You may conduct much of the class from a supportive chair.

Class is offered weekdays 6:30 - 7 am via Zoom. Zoom room opens at 6 for optional silent meditation. A recording will be given each week.
