Community Sound Bath – Donations for Suicide Prevention

Join us for a heart-centered Community Sound Bath dedicated to healing, connection, and hope. In this hour-long meditative experience, you’ll be gently guided into deep rest through the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes.

This event is donation-based, with 100% of proceeds supporting suicide prevention efforts through the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Donations will be directed to our Team Lisa fundraising page: afspwalks.donordrive.com

Together, we can raise awareness, honor those we've lost, and support life-saving programs. All are welcome.

New to sound baths? Our sound baths require nothing except for you to simply relax and receive. What to Bring:

To maximize your comfort during the sound bath, wear comfortable and loose clothing and kindly bring the following items:

Yoga Mat
Blanket
Pillow

Optional items may include:

Eye Covering
Cushion to prop up your legs
Water
