I warmly invite you to a Community Sound Bath in the peaceful surroundings of Orleigh Park, West End. With the gentle rustling of leaves, birdsong in the air, and nature all around, this is a chance to slow down, unwind, and simply be—letting the sounds guide you into deep relaxation and meditation.

✨ What to Expect:

A peaceful, guided sound bath using crystal and tibetan bowls, ceremonial gongs, chimes, and other instruments to create a meditative experience.
A chance to release stress, restore balance, and take time for yourself.
The beauty of nature as our backdrop, enhancing the healing vibrations of sound.
Connection with community and likeminded souls

✨ What to Bring:

A yoga mat or something comfy to lay on
A blanket, cushion, or throw for extra coziness if you wish
An open heart and mind
A journal and pen if this is part of your practice
