Join our fortnightly Community Sound Bath in Burleigh Heads for an evening of relaxation, connection, crystals, oracle cards, and sound. Our night will begin with a group cleanse from home-grown smudge sticks, going into a guided meditation & 1-hour long soothing soundscape as we journey through Tibetan singing bowls, Quartz Crystal bowls, shamanic drumming, and other sacred sounds. Each time, the sound bath and crystal grid is channeled to the unique energy of the collective.

A bit more about Sound Bath Meditations:
Sound baths allow us to easily drop into our meditation and inner landscape by facilitating the transition from the Beta brainwave (day-to-day mind), to Alpha (light awareness), Gamma (blissful meditation), Theta (conscious healing, emotional and physical) and even Delta brain waves (deep unconsciousness), through various instruments and techniques. Through sound healing we receive optimum healing frequencies, not just with our minds but through our bodies too, that restore our whole being to a natural state of equilibrium, balance and harmony. This is an ancient form of medicine spanning across many cultures that modern science is now beginning to recognise & prove.

Our Burleigh Community Sound Bath is held at Freedom Float Centre and they provide yoga mats, pillows, bolsters, blankets, and fresh water. If you'd like, you can also bring:
- Extra pillows, eye pillows or blankets to make yourself comfortable & warm
- Personal sacred items for your journey (crystals, mala beads, jewellery, feathers, sentimental objects etc)
- Any intention you'd like to cultivate or let go of throughout the meditation
