Join our monthly Community Sound Bath in Hope Island for an evening of relaxation, connection, crystals, oracle cards, and sacred sounds. Our night will begin with a group smudging/cleanse, going into a guided meditation and 1-hour long soothing soundscape as we journey through variety of sound healing instruments. Each sound bath will be different and channelled to the collective energy on the night.

A bit more about Sound Bath Meditations:
Sound baths allow us to easily drop into our meditation and inner landscape by facilitating the transition from the Beta brainwave (day-to-day mind), to Alpha (light awareness), Theta (conscious healing, emotional and physical) and even Delta brain waves (deep unconsciousness), through various instruments and techniques. Through sound healing we can receive optimum healing frequencies, not just with our mind, but through our body & bio-field too, that restore our whole being to a natural state of equilibrium, balance and harmony. This is an ancient form of medicine spanning across many cultures that modern science is now beginning to recognise & prove.

Pillow, eye pillow/masks (optional)
Blanket/layers

Any intention you wish to call in or let go of throughout your meditation

Please arrive no earlier than 5-10 mins to set up your space for the night and settle in.
