A gentle midweek pause to rest, soften and reset with Gloria (A Loud Silence)

Allow yourself one quiet hour away from the noise, responsibilities and constant doing.

Through grounding sound this session is designed to help calm the nervous system and create space to simply breathe.

Please bring:

*Yoga mat

*Pillow

*Blanket

*Eye Mask (optional for deeper rest)

Wear something cosy and warm so you can fully relax during the session.

For planning purposes, we ask for a small donation. As a not for profit these are gratefully received and we put them towards future community events.
