Join us for a relaxed chat about tube feeding and dysphagia support.
You’re invited to a supportive gathering for people who are tube fed, living with dysphagia, and their care teams - proudly hosted by Surgical House and Complete Dietetics with support from Nurse Next Door.
Our aim is to cover relevant, practical and meaningful topics in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Presented by Expert Dietitian - Emma Gore, APD & Founder of Complete Dietetics.
Plus Speak to nurses from Geelong and Surf Coast branches of Nurse Next Door about access to community nursing and home care support services.
Jade Ryan from Surgical House will also be there to provide information on supplies and continuity of care support.

About the Presenters
Emma Gore (APD AN), Complete Dietetics
Founder & Director of Complete Dietetics. Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) | Accredited Nutritionist (AN). Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician- Dietitian (CEDC-D) | Credentialed in gastrostomy tube management | Specialist oncology dietitian Emma is a highly experienced dietitian having worked in the field of nutrition and dietetics for over a decade, across a range of areas in both private practice and the hospital setting. Emma is committed to providing a safe and nurturing space to every consultation; you will feel heard, understood and empowered to reach and maintain your individual nutrition goals. Emma thinks broadly of how to best manage her client’s health, and uses considerate investigations, a listening ear and various evidence-based strategies to develop a nutrition plan which is unique and tailored to you. She wholeheartedly believes in the importance of collaborating with a health care team to achieve sustainable outcomes. She works closely alongside various health professionals and support team members to achieve your desired outcomes. Emma specialises in the following areas of practice; - Gastrointestinal disease & conditions; Emma specifically enjoys working with complex cases of gastrointestinal conditions to utilise nutritional therapy to help you feel symptom relief and enjoy food again! IBS, IBD, Coeliac Disease, stoma management (colonoscopy, ileostomy), MCAS/histamine intolerance, Reflux, Functional gut issues (constipation/diarrhoea), diverticular disease. - Eating Disorders/disordered eating; Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician-Dietitian (CEDC-D). Specialty in binge eating disorder (BED). - Neurodivergence, specifically ADHD and ASD. - Tube feeding; Specialist and Credentialed clinician in the management of gastrostomy (PEG) feeding tubes. - Neurological conditons; specifically Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Emma works with older adolescence (>16yrs) and adults. Being a girl from the country, when she isn’t in the office, Emma loves getting a good dose of the outdoors, and taking her two young children on adventures!
