Share Your Thoughts About the Future of Newnham: Community Walk

This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

Following the University's move to Inveresk, there is a unique opportunity for the future development of Newnham to create spaces and facilities for the community (alongside remaining industry activities). This new space will feature residential homes, commercial office space, health, well-being and community uses as well as aged care, sports precincts, large landscaped areas and the integration of access, movement and services.

Are you struggling to picture what it could all look like? Maybe you’ve never had an opportunity to visit, and you’d like to see what it looks like. Maybe you studied at the Newnham campus and you want an excuse to pop back for a visit?

Our solution? Come and join us for a Saturday stroll through the campus!

Meet us at the Turning Circle at the end of Newnham Drive. As we walk through the campus, we’ll talk through the master plan process and early thoughts on the master plan. Most importantly, we want to understand how you’d like to use the area in the future, what facilities and spaces would benefit you, or what might encourage you to visit for the first time.

Join us for this free community event! Register now to secure your spot.
