Join Us for a Fun Day on the Farm!
We’ve been hard at work on our organic blueberry farm, pruning, sowing cover crops, spreading mulch, and—most importantly—hand weeding. Now, we could use your help! In exchange for a bit of your time, we’re offering FREE blueberry ice cream to all our wonderful volunteers. Come along and meet some like minded folks and enjoy the community that is small scale farming in Tassie.

Why We Need You
At our farm, we’re dedicated to regenerative farming. That means we’re completely spray-free, avoiding all herbicides—organic or otherwise—to keep our soil microbiology alive and thriving. This approach prioritises the health of our soil, the biodiversity of our farm, and the creatures that call it home. While incredibly rewarding, it does make weed control a bit more challenging. That’s where you come in!

What to Expect
Get up close with our spring-time blueberry plants, dig into the soil, and discover the critters that share our farm—frogs, pollinators, little spiders, birds, and maybe even signs of our bandicoot friends who have moved in over the past year. Ask us anything about growing blueberries, the joys and challenges of running a small farm, and what we’ve learned over the last five years. We'll supply gardening gloves!
