Community Weekend Reset RYS x TGC

Step out of the rush and into presence with a Regulate Your State morning of breathwork, meditation, and connection — held in the cozy winter cocoon of The Glow Circuit, Perth’s newest home for wellbeing.

This is your invitation to drop out of the mind and back into the body — to begin clearing stored stress and tension, and reconnect with the present, self-regulating you.

We’ll gather in community to slow down and unwind from the week, with an option to stay afterwards for chats and hangs in the TGC café.
