    Event description

    Come and join us for a beautiful, connected, community wellness day. We will kick off at 8am with a welcome, and intro to the facilitators, then have a "Round-Robin" style of morning alternating between:

    • Intro to Jiu Jitsu
    • Breathe for Vitality: Understanding Breathwork
    • Fire and Ice Challenge, IR Sauna, then Cold Plunge (Waivers to be completed prior)
    • A practical discussion on treating trauma with embodied practice
    • Then, as a group: Restorative/Yin Yoga infused with – Compassionate Mind Focused Psychology

    Lunch afterwards at "Your Mates" and we will book enough seats for all ticket holders.

    Please bring along clothing suitable for all events, and if you have your own yoga props, blankets etc, bring them too.
