Darlene has spent more than 20 years working at the coal face of community service provision and has earned a reputation for developing workers to navigate the roles and realities of frontline community work.

• You must work in a frontline service delivery role in the Community Sector

• Must be based in Bundaberg, Childers, Hervey Bay or Howard areas
