I have been teaching Yoga at Everton Park Hotel for the past three years.

During this time a lovely group of Men and Women from the community come together to practice yoga, have some fun and catch up.

If you are looking to get some movement into your body, take some time out for yourself while having a giggle and laugh then we would love to welcome you to join us any Friday at 9.15 - 10.15 at Everton Park Hotel in the Marquee.

Friday's 9.15-10.15am (on during school terms and other selected dates)
BYO Yoga Mat and water

COST - $5 per week for pay for $50 upfront for 10 classes (term)

Living Bold Business Owner and Yoga Teacher

My yoga journey really started around 8 years ago when I was invited to attend a yoga retreat with a friend. The discovery of yoga and meditation gave me a new-found toolkit that I could use to take on the challenges in life.

I’ve learnt that when you feel overwhelmed you can sit on that mat and know that everything on that mat in that time and space you can control.

By completing my studies as Yoga Teacher, it has given a greater understanding of anatomy, power of breath work and using your body. It has also deepened my understanding of mediation and the union between body, soul and spirt.

With my partner Matt, we have a very busy blended family household. To help manage this I am passionate about sharing my love of yoga and especially how the relaxation and breath work helps overcome any anxiety or stress that life can bring.
