COMMUNITY YOGA with CAIT| SUNDAY 26th July | Bucasia Esplanade Parkland

Join us for a blissful Sunday morning yoga flow. This 60-minute class offers a soothing blend of breathwork, movement, and relaxation, designed to nurture the mind, body, and spirit. Perfect for rejuvenating your whole being and enjoy the natural beauty of Bucasia Esplanade Parkland, with ocean views and breezes. Beginners through to experienced yogis welcome ✨ Attendees are invited to stay on for coffee and conversation at the cafe afterwards (at own cost)

Time: 8:30 - 9:30am

Location: Bucasia Esplanade Parklands

Please bring: Yoga mat, clothing suitable for exercise, water bottle, rid. Welcome to bring other yoga accessories such as a blocks, bolster, cover for savasana and eye cover if you wish.

Cost: $5.00 per person

Caitlyn is the co-owner of House of She in Mackay, North Queensland. She is a qualified physiotherapist, 350+ hour trained yoga teacher qualified in vinyasa, yin yoga and nidra. Cait's skills also include somatic energy healing and human design readings. As a Bucasia local, she loves all things Northern Beaches, the natural environment and connecting with like-minded people.
