Event description

Winter is the most “yin” time of year when the extra darkness allows time to restore and regenerate. Take time to slow down and turn inward. Bring along your yoga mat, water bottle and blanket. Wear warm comfortable clothes. There will be a short flow with a long, slow, relaxation to rejuvenate and rest.
