Event description
join us for a 60 minute Slow Flow Yoga class that offers a calming and accessible yoga experience. This class focuses on mindful movements and breath awareness to connect body, breath and mind. Ideal for all levels, it encourages relaxation, better body awareness, and stress relief. The supportive environment fosters connection and inner peace, promoting a sense of balance and well-being.
A class suitable for all levels, beginners included and encouraged to attend.
This class is by donation ($10 cash at the door) or free for current members of the Nambour Yoga Centre.
What to Bring:
- Please wear clothing appropriate for yoga/exercise,
- a yoga mat (we have some to borrow if you need)
- Water bottle if you like
- Make sure when you come in you leave your shoes at the door and silence any alarms or mobile devices
Parking:
There is street parking nearby. Please give yourself extra time to park. We will be starting the class at 9 am.
Late arrivals are ok, but please walk in quietly with mobile phones silenced.
Our studio is located upstairs at 10/65 Currie Street.
