Community Yoga
Event description
join us on the first Sunday of each month for a 75 minute Slow Flow Yoga Class.
You will be guided to explore deeper aspects of yourself through stillness and meditation, gentle yogic breathing exercises and a yoga that flows with the breath. Â
A class suitable for all levels, beginners included. Â
This class is by donation ($10 cash at the door) or free for current members of the Nambour Yoga Centre.
What to Bring:
- Please wear clothing appropriate for yoga/exercise,Â
- a yoga mat (we have some to borrow if you need)
- Water bottle if you likeÂ
- Make sure when you come in you leave your shoes at the door and silence any alarms or mobile devicesÂ
Parking:
There is street parking nearby. Â Please give yourself extra time to park. Â We will be starting the class at 9 am. Â
Late arrivals are ok, but please walk in quietly with mobile phones silenced.
Our studio is located upstairs at 10/65 Currie Street.
