Class begins at 5.45pm with 45mins flow followed by 15min feedback and chai. The side door will be open 10min early & will be locked again just before class starts.

Notes:

Although this is a free event, bookings are essential! No booking means no entry.

Please bring your own mats, props (think cushions, blankets, straps, blocks & bolsters if you have any), extra layers for shavasana & a mug for homemade chai during the feedback session. ☕

This is the first event (of many hopefully 🤞) so please arrive with an open mind and open heart. There may be fumbles and hiccups alongside plenty of giggles as we navigate this space together.
