Community Talks Sex
Event description
Community Talks Sex is a community event for parents of school-aged children. Many of us received little or no sex education ourselves, yet we are required to support our young people through their sexual health journey. The purpose of these 1-hour panel presentations with expert researchers, and people with lived experience from key stakeholder organisations is to help equip parents with resources, information and some of the language and concepts used in this area. Armed with resources parents can work with their young people to help keep them safe, share knowledge, and resources and build better relationships.Â
