Event description

 

PURPOSE 

The purpose of the Northern Beaches Domestic Violence Network is to drive effective service responses for people experiencing, or at risk of, domestic and family violence and abuse on the Northern Beaches. 

The Compact Conference Themed ‘Hearing the Unheard Informing the Informed” is a primary response to providing information, awareness and discussion of Domestic and Family Violence issues in our region.

This Compact Conference is for practitioners, Students and Professionals only. Speakers include Todd Darvas Lawyer Horizons Family Law, Dr Shamini Ramoo Lorikeet Clinic Service update and the Key Featured Documentary ‘Unanswered Calls’ which will open the dialogue for our panel discussion.

The panel will include Dr Sophie Federal MP, James Griffin MP, Michael Regan MP, Zali Steggall Federal MP, Jacqui Scruby MP Todd Darvas and Police.

The event includes morning tea lunch and speakers $20.00 per person
