Welcome to Compass Camp by Number 8 Consulting

'Compass Camp' is a super accessible and highly pragmatic leadership development program - delivered in digital 'bootcamp' format.

Over 6-weeks we teach you the fundamentals of Change Leadership via a blend of individual coaching, live webinars, and the opportunity to network with likeminded professionals. A one-hour weekly commitment is all it takes.

We know that leaders experience and are expected to deliver changes in their organisations and teams at a nauseating pace - yet few apply the fundamentals of Change Leadership. Change Leadership - quite simply - is key to getting biggest bang for buck if you want your people to evolve as your business does.

So, if you're ready to learn the thinking, plus a bunch of tools and techniques to manage the people side of business changes, and up level your leadership prowess then jump onboard!

Not sure?

The worst kept secret in town is that businesses are constantly changing: be it via disruptors, new technologies changing the way people work, shifting customer expectations.. oh and COVID19 - leaders are expected to be constantly assessing and adopting opportunities to change / improve / transform.
Businesses don't change - people do. Understanding how to engage your people so that they can deliver on the changes you foresee is a game-changer.
The failure rate to ACTUALLY deliver is over 70% - highlighting the need for Change Management expertise in all leaders.

The reason?

Leaders regularly fall short by not managing the people-side when making changes to their business. This is what Change Management seeks to address.

The solution?

Number 8 Consulting is a specialist consulting practise that specialises in guiding businesses through business transformations and change. With over 10 years in the game of Change Management - we are leaders with deep practical expertise.

In this program, Director Emma Frazer will guide participants through the top four areas leaders simply must focus on if they want to be part of the 30% success rate;

Sponsoring change
Advising and planning for change
Communicating change
Analysing for change
