How Compass Camp works?

Think pre-summer bootcamp!

Compass Camp derives it's name and structure from fitness bootcamp. Each participant gets two personal 'training' (AKA coaching) sessions and four group 'fitness' (AKA training) sessions over a total of 6 weeks. Its a 1 hour commitment each week. You'll also see how you stack up against your peers and learn from each other.

Week 1: Individual coaching 1:1. Discuss your business challenges, what you're wanting to learn or target throughout, and setting some early goals. 1 hour commitment - starting 15 September 2020.

Week 2: Navigator group webinar. Module will cover what change analysis is, what it includes and how to apply different tools at different times. Group discussion and networking.

Week 3: Skipper group webinar. Module will cover what change sponsorship is, what it includes and how to apply different tools at different times.

Week 4: Boat Captain group webinar. Module will cover what communicating change is, what it includes and how to apply different tools at different times.

Week 5: Tactician group webinar. Module will cover what change advise and planning is, what it includes and how to apply different tools at different times.

Week 6: Individual coaching 1:1. Discuss how you've been able to apply the various tools, what works, what you're still challenged by and how you can develop an action plan for success.

Location: Online. We will connect via video conference call which will be provided to participants upon registration.
