Over 4 fortnightly sessions, facilitated by experienced communication educator PremKranti Hollier, we will explore and practice Compassionate Communication in an intimate group. There will be handouts, resources, and we will be matched with "empathy buddies" to practice with between sessions. These communication skills we strengthen will benefit our personal lives, work lives, and community.

Ideally, participants commit for all four workshops, with the first one being essential.

Price for the series of 4 workshops is only $200 per participant.

Participants are invited to bring morning tea to share, tea and coffee will be provided.

These workshops have been arranged by Candelo Bulk Wholefoods Co-op, as a horizontally structured workers co-operative we use NVC/Compassionate Communication to manage our business collectively.
