Compassionate Conversations: We Hear You ~ The WHY Campaign

As part of our monthly 'compassion + conversation = community' series, RAW Australia is hosting an event to mark the International Day for the elimination of violence against women. 

Our guest speaker is Caroline McGuinness, founder of the W.H.Y. Campaign. which hosts online family violence themed awareness events in collaboration with various guest speakers, including victim/survivors, advocates, charities, and supportive partner organisations.

Caroline will also facilitate a group discussion about how we as a community can better support and advocate for victims of domestic violence in our community.

There will also be plenty of time for informal chats over a cuppa and afternoon tea in the beautiful RAW Garden.

We want this event to be accessible to all, and as such this event is free, however we appreciate any small donations to cover our costs.

This event is proudly supported by the Bayside council and is a Covid safe event subject to density and vaccination requirements.
