Important Details:

Arrive early to ensure you experience the entire event (Important!)
Strictly 16+ (Under 18 with parental guidance)
Please bring comfortable, non-restrictive clothing, a pillow, a blanket, a yoga mat, and a change of clothes for the ice bath and sauna. Towels are provided, but feel free to bring your own.
