Step into a transformative experience designed to restore and heal your mind, body, and soul. This special evening blends ancient healing practices with modern techniques, allowing you to:

• Release stress and tension from your busy life
• Reconnect deeply within, finding peace and solace
• Release built-up trauma with transformative breathwork
• Experience complete body recovery through sauna, ice bath, and spa experiences

This soulful evening will guide you through moments of complete stillness and release, where you can disconnect from technology and be fully present in your healing journey.

What to Expect:

• Breathwork session to vocalize and release built-up energy and stress
• Sauna, ice bath & spa experience for physical and emotional renewal
• Healthy, fresh food platter to nourish your body
• A chance to connect with like-minded individuals on a shared journey of healing and transformation
• Guided support throughout the entire evening for a seamless experience

Important Details:

• Arrive early to ensure you experience the entire event (Important!)
• Strictly 16+ (Under 18 with parental guidance)
• Please bring comfortable, non-restrictive clothing, a pillow, a blanket, a yoga mat, and a change of clothes for the ice bath and sauna. Towels are provided, but feel free to bring your own.
