Complex Wheelchair Seating (Sydney)
Description
Joana will explore complex seating and share practical considerations for assessing young and older clients with complex postural needs. The session will focus on wheelchair seating intervention strategies that support both current needs and future changes, helping clinicians make informed and adaptable clinical decisions.
You’ll also get hands-on with a NEW innovative wheelchair seating system now available in Australia, that everyone is talking about.
Why not make a day of it? We’re also running a morning workshop with Quantum Rehab on scripting power wheelchairs (more details to follow). If you’re attending the afternoon workshop, consider joining us in the morning as well.
Join us for lunch!
If you decide to attend both workshops, we’ll be serving lunch between sessions. It’s a great chance to relax, network with fellow attendees, and recharge for the second half of the day. For those attending only the morning session, we’d love for you to stay a little longer and join us for lunch. It’s a great opportunity to connect with others, reflect on the morning's learning and enjoy a delicious meal.
