Event description

Learn how to turn your kitchen scraps and garden waste into compost with Zero Waste Victoria and Kirsteen Macleod from the Compost Depot. In this interactive session, Kirsteen will explain what you need for a great backyard compost, and how to tell when it’s ready to use on the garden.

During the workshop, you will learn:

  • What materials, processes and tools you need to get started
  • What can and can’t go in a backyard compost

What you’ll get:

  • Opportunities to ask questions and get help with your own backyard set-up
