Event description

Two 2-hour practical composting workshops

Workshop 1: 10am-12pm

Workshop 2: 1pm-3pm

Join composting expert Pete Ryan as he demonstrates how to turn garden waste into food for your garden.

This is an ideal session for home gardeners to learn more about the living soil and how to make a successful compost heap.

Bring clothes and shoes you don’t mind getting dirty, as audience participation is encouraged!   

Meet in the Dunedin Botanic Garden upper carpark, with a short walk to the demonstration site.
