Concept Sessions Episode 8.
Description
Concept Sessions Episode 8.
Supported by City of Adelaide Council
Adelaide's most intimate live music series takes over a heritage space in Gay's Arcade for afternoon only, tucked between Adelaide Arcade and Twin Street in the heart of the CBD.
Three original acts, up close and personal, beneath 5.2-metre ceilings on Baltic pine floorboards, in a setting you'd never expect.
For one day only, 19 Twin St transformed into an intimate live performance recording for Concept Sessions' signature episode blend of stripped-back music and good vibes.
This is not your average gig. Capacity is strictly limited.

Lineup

Kara Manansala
Kara is a neo-soul artist crafting deeply introspective music, layering poetic lyricism over deep groove and lush harmony, motioning listeners to both move and feel moved.

OPULENCE
OPULENCE is Adelaide’s very own Pop-R&B vocal trio featuring members Isaac, Lily, and Nicoletta. Blending soulful melodies with heartfelt lyricism, the group explores themes of love, unity, and the joy of friendship. Bringing contemporary 90s nostalgia inspired by the likes of Destiny’s Child, TLC, Blaque, and the Spice Girls, OPULENCE delivers a sound so new, you’ve almost heard it before.

Praise Mangena
Born in Zimbabwe - the house of stone where there’s smoke that thunders and drums that beat until the skies cry - Praise Mangena mirrors her origins in her craft in alchemy of hypnotic movement, poetry and tranquil music. She’s currently living and creating on Kuarna Country (Adelaide, Australia) where she has featured in a variety of events and performances such as WOMAD (2026), Music in the Square (2026), Dougstock Festival (2025), Make Music Day (2025) and JAUMA FEST (2023). This year she released her debut single ‘Maze’, an R&B/Spoken Word Poetry track produced by Dustyn Lee Stephensen.
