Most new products fail not because they aren’t tasty, but because they solve the wrong problem, ignore the consumer, or can’t be made and sold profitably.

Concept2Launch is a hands-on workshop that gives food & beverage businesses a clear framework to scope, research and progress new product ideas, without wasting time and money.

You’ll work through a practical version of the Stage-Gate process (used by major FMCG brands and retailers) to:

generate stronger ideas
validate what customers actually want
pressure-test feasibility, costs and pathway to market
make better GO / NO-GO decisions with confidence

Who it’s for?

Food & beverage producers, brand owners, and operations/quality/marketing leads
Businesses planning a new product, line extension, channel expansion, or re-launch
Teams who want a structured process (not “brainstorm and hope”)

What you’ll leave with:

A repeatable Stage-Gate roadmap you can apply to your own products
Templates/tools shared after the workshop
Clear next steps and decision points to progress your concept

This is not a sit-and-listen day. It’s interactive, practical, and designed for people who learn by doing.
