Studio Channel Islands is proud to present the US debut recital of international singing star and Latin Grammy nominee Nathalie Peña-Comas. A winner of multiple awards and competitions, Miss Peña-Comas hails to California from her most recent triumphs in Vienna, Peru, Italy, Finland, Panama City. Her concert on Nov. 23 is titled SONGS WITHOUT BORDERS will feature several styles of music sung in 7 different languages. Born to a musical family in Santo Domingo, Miss Peña-Comas has been the cultural ambassador to the Dominican Republic since 2019.

Armen Guzelimian is no stranger to Southern California, more recently to Camarillo, and to SCIART. This is his first collaboration with Nathalie Peña-Comas. Armen has enjoyed international acclaim for his distinguished career as brilliant soloist, first-ratel collaborator, chamber musician, and passionate educator. He has made several TV appearances , a Robert Altman film "Short Cuts", as well as the important documentary film "Shadows in Paradise" produced by European television and broadcast internationally as well as on PBS.
