As industry experts in workplace investigations, we have developed this specialist workshop to help navigate the challenges in managing allegations of sexual harassment in the workplace.

This 2 x half-day online workshop focusses on the complexities and skills required to manage and run a sexual harassment investigation. The key purpose of the training is to develop the skills and confidence of HR teams, legal and compliance officers and internal investigators who are required to conduct or manage sexual harassment investigations in the workplace. This workshop will be run by our experienced, legally trained workplace investigators, who have in-depth experience in conducting complex sexual harassment investigations

Participants will work with a facilitator to gain the skills to assess complaints, draft allegations, gather evidence, and make findings based on investigation outcomes. Participants will also learn about recent legislative reform and best practice approaches using trauma-informed and person-centred practices.

If you are new to investigations, we would recommend you complete our fundamentals workshop first - How to Conduct an Effective Workplace Investigation before this workshop (however, not mandatory).
