Cancellation policy

We are sure you all appreciate that we are in times of significant change and uncertainty. However, we are keen to create a conference that will be insightful and memorable for you, and to do this we need to spend money, some of which may not be recoverable.

If you cancel your attendance at the conference or the tours, or if we are forced to cancel the conference or tours the cancellation charge will be:

Cancellation prior to 30 June - 10%

Cancellations after this date will attract a higher fee. For full details on our cancellation policy, Travel Insurance and Covid information, click the pink button below.

If you are now ready to book your tour, click on the red 'Buy Now' button at the top of this page.

After booking your tour tickets, you will automatically be re-directed to our Merchandise page.

If you would like to view our quality branded merchandise now, please click on the green button below.

If you do not want to book a tour or buy any merchandise, you are finished and can close this page.

Conference tickets and excursion tickets would have been automatically emailed to you.

Should you wish to cancel or change any bookings, please contact Ralph Cartwright: conf2022@spin.net.au or 0416 030 872
